The wind made the sand rush up and swirl around anyone who came to it. The sun beat down with extreme heat and burned the sand making it were someone who would touch the sand, it would hurt him. Twilight was walking a few steps away from the village that she has always leaved in and had no real interest in at this point. Twilight had her white kimono that was tight around her waist but very lose around her feet. Twilight had her long black hair fall to the middle of her back and let the wind and sand take it anywhere it wanted it to. The reason why Twilight was walking away from village was so she could say prayers to the only person who she should of not killed, Her mother. Twilight looked back where she could only see some of the larger buildings then set one knee down into the sand as the other one fell at the same. Twilight bowed her head but since nine years she has not cried. Twilight bowed her head and then looked up wondering what she should do now.
Twilight then heard laughter but then screaming. Twilight stood up quickly to see three older kids chasing after a young girl with wholes in her closes. Twilight watched as the girl feel into the hot sand and seen the girl start to cry as the kids formed around her. Twilight was surprised as she the kids really meaning to hurt the small girl. Twilight then rushed over to the kids by the girl and picked up the one she thought was the leader as grabbed his neck and threw him crossed the sand. The other two kids saw her and there small eyes widen and looked over to there friend.
”Get going you little runts.. or I will show you what you should be scared about” Twilight said in her clam but cold voice. The kids took her word and ran for the village as the kid she thrown stuck his tongue at her and smiled ” I am going to tell on you for hurting me!” The boy then left as she run with a limp. Twilight could not care for the boy but bent down to the girl and picked her up in her arms. Twilight could feel she was still breathing but the blood on her face and body showed the boys were really going to kill her. Twilight turned around and started to walk towards the village that the boys were running to with the girl sleeping in her arms,
