Waiting Characters

I am moving all characters here that people own who haven't been on recently and for those who have. For those who have been on recently, you may continue to roleplay these characters for now unless we say so. Anyone taking back a character that is a cannon or is a jounin or higher will have to follow the new template. Anyone who has characters below jounin level, within the first week of the date, you may keep the old template with possibly a few changes. You may take them back before this date if you wish. The date I'm giving is when I notify everyone we're setting back up. (There are also taken characters here that were put up for adoption. Same rules apply)
