Ichiro nodded as he listened intently towards her. "I'll prove to you that you can trust me and that I'm not a monkey." He said softly as Miaka then went on to tell him about her. He had figured that she was some sort of Medical Ninja, just by the looks of her. Miaka didn't seem like the type of Shinobi that would be out in a dirty feild all the time, looking to kill something. "Well, now I know why you don't normally speak to people unless they give you respect. Its because of how you probably save hundreds of lives, and because of how beautiful you are...I should of probably realised that."
Ichiro smiled a bit wider at how in her spare time she made herself even more beautiful. "I don't think you'd even have to try to make yourself like this." He said softly as his eyes ventured up towards the clear blue skies. With his free hand he patted her hand that was clung to his arm. "But, I'm glad you weren't all held up in the hospital today, I would have never gotten the chance to meet someone as wonderful as you."
Soon the appearance of what appeared to be a crazy man running around without a shirt on, got Ichiro's attention. And here he thought Iwagakure couldn't get any weirder for him. "Well, that guy is kinda of crazy.." He said as he pointed out Ryu to her. "Outside in this weather without a shirt and running into several people? Geesh, and here I believed I was a tad bit crazy."

Miaka smiled and looked up to him, "It would be nice to have a friend like you and to be able to trust you" She said, nodding her head slightly and the looking down. "I guess...it's just the way I've always been. I will help nearly anyone unless I'm specifically told not to" She shrugged, "But then again, I don't think of them as a person that needs to be helped, I think of them as a body that needs help, it stops emotions getting in the way"
Miaka laughed, "Oh I'm all natural, I just like to keep my hair and skin in good condition, that sort of thing" She said quietly and smilied as he patter her hand. "I wouldn't have been at the hospital today, although I could go and work for the rest of the day. I've only just got back" She said softly, putting her free hand up onto Ryu's necklace and began thinking.
As soon as he spoke about some crazy guy, she was just about to look up quite disgusted until she saw who it was, "What crazy guy?" She looked up, not being able to see anyone "Are you sure you're not imagining things?" She asked, looking back down again and continuing to think.

Ichiro tilted his head to oneside as he looked back up to where he was pointing. "Hm. I might be...Though I was so sure that I saw someone over there.." He said quietly before shrugging. "Aw, you caught me. I was imagining things." With his free hand he patted her hand again before letting the arm fall to his side. How odd, he swore he saw someone without a shirt on running around. Maybe all this friendliness was making him slightly confused or something.
"So, Miaka. What would you like to do as we get to the park?" Ichiro asked curiously. "I haven't been to the park since I was little." It was true, he hadn't been to the park in forever, but then again he never really had the time. He was always so busy taking care of his mother, and doing few missions outside of the village.
Now as his thoughts began to drift away again, he had forgotten how the poem he had originally started went. It was a real shame, it was going to be one of his many amazing peices of poetry and she would never get to experience it like how he had planned. All because he had forgotten it so carelessly. "Miaka, I'm terribly sorry. I was thinking of another poem. One just for you...But I lost it in the mist of my imagining things."

Miaka looked around, "Maybe you should double check before you say" She said quietly, looking ahead into the park as they drew closer. A smile came onto her lips, "I don't mind what we do, just sit and talk seems good enough for me" She said quietly, watching over a few children as they ran through the park. She knew half of them at least wouldn't stay that innocent looking for long.
She smiled up to him, "A poem? For me? Oh that would have been nice" She said happily, but then paused, "What were you imagining? Nothing bad or wrong?" She looked curiously up to him and then shook her head with a small sigh as they entered the park. Her eyes quickly wandered over the area, debating where to go.
Finally, she let go of his arm and walked to a quieter bit of the park and sat herself neatly down against a tree, putting her long legs nicely out in front of her. Her eyes closed as her hands came up to sort her hair, getting it perfect again.

(I figured I should continue this... It'd make sense. *nods*) This woman, seemed somewhat vain, wanting to keep herself beautiful and all, he could see it as she fixed her hair to be just right, and he’d heard it from her lips. Though was that vanity meant to be judged? Or did she want the attention of the man she was with, to look good, was to keep him interested. The thought near to sickened him! Men taking advantage of the beauties, breaking their hearts when in true they were probably the most weak hearted beings of all. A scowl was hidden behind his eyes, not wanting the fair lady to see his anger, to think that he was thinking of something horrid, and had been before. To worry the lady was not what he was here for, he was here to befriend her, comfort her, enjoy her.
His steps were those of the grace only a true jounin had, quite balanced and agile, then again these where also the steps of his expressive heart, stepping out some of his heartfelt emotions with each step, which he now hid the annoyance from. The smile played on his lips showed that no thought of his bitter sweet mother was in his mind as he looked at only the girl. “I suppose I shall have to, so that I may not seem to lie to you,” he told her as he sat down next to her facing an area where he could see distant children playing, almost making him wonder where his own fun filled childhood memories were. All he could truly remember was the pain… Oh the pain…
He chuckled lightly and shook his head as he looked up to the sky. “My imagining was of disappointment! I wished to have shared such an elegant poem about such an elegant women whom I had thought it about. Merely that, but my next poem will be better than the last, I swear it…. Getting to be around you more will definitely ensure that.”

Miaka watched the ground, her hair flowing with the wind to the left of her, the loose hair from her ponytail going across her face. Closing her eyes and thinking, she decided it would be definately a good idea to visit the hairdressers and maybe go to the spar quickly before going back to work. It seemed like a good idea to her anyway, help her get her mind off of things.
Opening her eyes, she stared ahead and then looked back up to him, "You know, maybe I should just go back to work and lead the life I'm used to, rather than worrying about him. I should just go back to my old self" She said thoughtfully while putting her hands neatly on her lap and going back to thinking.
"Your next poem better than your last?" She asked. Him talking had broken her line of thoughts again and she looked back up to him, "That would be nice...people don't normally do things like that towards me" She said softly.

What was it that made Miaka think the way she did? Was it the sorrow of her crippled heart, could it be that it blinded her? Could one, after looking at freedom, dare to look away from the light that they have seen? Would that really be happy as things were before? Not only that, but only a fool could think that things could go back to just the same old ways, the same old thoughts, the same movements… People may say that things can get back to where they were before, but a lie that is… A great one that fools the greatest minds… and the most beautiful ones. It near to ached him that this woman thought this way, that she could just shove herself to the deep depths of her own dark cage and think that she will be content.
“Then you are asking for misery, I am sad to say,” he said looking back at her, looking into her eyes, again hiding an emotion behind his eyes and showing a face of near indifference. “You seem like a bird, wings ready to fly, soar, across the sky, and give everything she has to the one she holds dear.” He held out his hands as if a bird were in his hands as he looked off into the distant sky, near to perfection, almost too much perfection for such a tormented and disgusting world. “But you are one who finds only those who hold you down…. Cage you! And now your wings are so battered by their stupidity that you now look for the comfort of such a cage! A deep dark one, of which… You may never get out of unless you keep trying…” He looked back to her, a near glare in his eyes.
“Would a bird really be happy in such a dark place?” Ichiro asked her softly as he opened his hands, and it was almost as if you could see a small bird fly out from his hands. “Think about that…”
He closed his eyes and sat back against the tree to try to find some comfort, since he didn’t seem to have it mentally at the moment. This girl’s out look seemed to have his mind strained, making him wonder if he truly belong here, if there was a purpose to someone in a place where hearts where still strangled, and birds feared using their wings. The man sighed. “People do not do such kind things because they are not as feeling, and expressive as I… But I wish to make the kindling of your heart brighten with happiness. I do not like seeing such a long face….”
He smiled faintly and muttered a few words… “A fallen cherry blossom Elegance that caught my eye among the others that fluttered around me I’ll later find you in the pocket of my mind And maybe later in my hands….
“Sweet Sorrow…”

Miaka looked up to him as he spoke about the bird in a cage. There was meaning behind it, as though it was one of those cases where she had to read between the lines. She prefered to be able to work these things out either by hand, like she would do when working. She prefered practical ways, rather than having to work it out from words like this.
She was rather shocked when he asked her and expected her to work it out, "Of course a bird wouldn't be happy in such a dark place" She said, as though it was obvious, but then she looked down, thinking about what he had said. The bird he was describing was like her. Thinking for a moment, running the words of his over and over in her head, trying to make sense of them.
Slowly, her eyes opened to travel up to his hands. Using her imagination, she could almost see the bird there, it was amazing to her. A small smile came to her face, "I see...sort of" She said quietly and then looked back down, closing her eyes as she thought again.

Ichiro smiled lightly as he let his hands rest against his chest for a moment, letting his mind wonder if he was actually getting through to the beaut sitting next to him. And even the thought of where the two would be if he had not come up to her, if he had not seen the look upon her delicate face… Yes, where would he be now? Home? Sitting there with his mother wondering what he was to do with his life besides just go on missions, do what he almost did best. Honestly he couldn’t even begin to know what he could have had if he had not followed this heart winged child, who else he could have met…. Would this encounter actually prove worthy of what he could have done, possibly find the woman that he was meant to be with for the rest of his life… Or could he be sitting next to her right now?
Some how he doubted the latter as he faced this woman, examining her facial features for a moment. Putting one finger under her chin he sighed lightly as he looked upon the near wasted beauty that could be so much more if she didn’t hold onto these stupid men, trust the worse of them… Honestly there were some good ones out there, people just don’t know how to wait for the right one to come and get them and fall head over heels over almost anyone that’ll say the right words, even if they don’t mean them.
“Are you sure though, that the bird wouldn’t be happy in its safe little cage though? Its heart has been broken and so then it does not want to wander ways where it is sure that it’ll get broken when it doesn’t even know!” he said to her looking into her eyes, trying to get his point through, but he felt that she was having a hard time with something in his words, what it was, he could not tell… But there was something. “You must see more, Miaka.. You must ask yourself, are you happy in the comforting darkness? Are you…? Do you fear something new? To possibly be alone in a journey to your own happiness? What is it that makes you want to hold yourself back? I do not know you enough to see it, but I think I can somewhat feel it… But what is making you not soar away like the ‘bird’ I just held in my hands?”
Would this be hard for her to grasp, would she shy away from his touch? He did not know, he merely felt the urge to break her free from her own personal hell. Staying there was not something she deserved, not something anyone needed. Trapped in the fate of falling, he thought to himself,
Trapped in the fate in falling Can one possibly break free? Will you, the fallen cherry blossom Flow away in the stream of air And find something new?

Miaka looked at him, her eyes staring into his as she thought until she felt his soft finger against her her chin. Her eyes broke contact with his and looked down without moving her head. She left the finger there, feeling no harm come by it. Slowly she looked back up into his eyes, staring and thinking. His eyes seemed to almost hold a poem in themselves.
As soon as he spoke, she looked back down to the ground as she thought, "I...I...don't know. "If the bird was comfortable and safe in the cage, then yes, stay there until the broken heart recovers...if it ever could..." She whispered the last bit and avoided his eyes. He was right, she could tell, she just wasn't sure how to answer, what the correct answer would be, or if there even was one.
"Am I happy..." She said quietly, possibly she wasn't happy, "If darkness is comforting then I would stay, I've been alone since a young age though..." She whispered, closing her eyes. "I don't know..." She felt stupid with her answers, almost like she should know what to say, yet she didn't, "I'm sorry" She whispered and looked away.
