History of Kibougakure The destruction of many of the smaller villages led to many refugees searching for a place to live and call their own. Many fled to the larger villages hoping to find sanctuary and safety there. Others continued to roam the world, hoping to find a place, a new place. Kurosu Hideaki was part of those that were looking for a new place to call their own. Eventually the group came upon a small village, in the Hope Valley. There the abandoned shinobi stayed, without the worries of missions, building themselves families. Hideaki was soon voted as the leader of the shinobi in the village and soon begun to talk to the ruler of the country about starting their own shinobi village. He offered to take all responsibility for what would happen in the village and appoint himself lord. The ruler agreed and registered for a lesser shinobi village, appointing Hideaki as the Lord of the village that will be from here on called Kibougakure no Sato.
