When choosing or becoming any of the Kage's, Lord/Lady of a village, you will need to be able to set missions for your village and answer any questions anyone asks you. Also watch over the whole of your board and moderate it and post any threads that you think are suitable to your village, for example you might need to get groups of Shinobi together and put them in teams to defend against other villages. You must only post these sorts of threads when you think it is appropriate, not just when you feel like it. Just keep that in mind before applying. Also you will have to accept some of the registrations on your board (Sensei, team etc.) and be able to do it properly, so make sure there is enough information there, not just a couple of lines, make sure it's literate and what they have written is sensible. In other words you are running the board as though you are running a village.
The Akatsuki will have a board to themselves where it will have a password to enter it. Only those who have an Akatsuki character will know the password, so they can discuss what they're planning in private. This makes it more realistic.
